1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using REFRAME Life (the "Platform"), operated by Whitewords Pte Ltd (UEN: pending) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. About the Platform
REFRAME Life is an information and community platform designed to help Singapore caregivers find eldercare services, connect with others, and access resources. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. The Platform connects users with third-party service providers but is not responsible for those providers.
3. User accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at knowitall@whitewords.com.sg if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Community conduct
When participating in Community Circles or posting reviews, you must not:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about providers or individuals
- Share personal data of others without consent
- Post spam, promotional content, or solicitations
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post content that violates Singapore law
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.
5. Reviews
Reviews must be based on your genuine first-hand experience. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform. We may moderate reviews for accuracy and compliance with these Terms but do not guarantee that all reviews are accurate.
6. Provider listings
We list providers in good faith. Inclusion on the Platform is not an endorsement. We do not verify credentials unless explicitly stated. Always verify a provider's credentials directly before engaging their services.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Whitewords Pte Ltd and protected by Singapore intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is complete, accurate, or up to date. The Platform is not a substitute for professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Whitewords Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any provider services accessed through it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
