Here's what “vetted” actually means
For societies and charities
We confirm registered charity or IPC status, and that the programmes described are genuinely being run, not just listed on a website.
For clinics, coaches, and other commercial providers
We confirm the business is properly registered, and that any professional claims — a doctor's MOH registration, a lawyer's practising certificate, a coach's certification — actually check out.
For government and public bodies
We link directly to the official source, so you're never more than one click from confirming it yourself.
What paying us never buys
A provider's tier affects where they might appear when you're browsing the directory by category. It never affects whether Smart Plans or the Subsidy Calculator recommends them to you — that matching is based purely on relevance to your actual situation, nothing else. No provider can pay for a better match, a hidden red flag, or a vetting outcome they haven't earned.
This isn't a one-time check
Every listing shows when it was last reviewed. If something changes — a provider closes, a claim turns out to be wrong, a review raises a real concern — we act on it.
