ActiveSG — Active Health

Sport Singapore's national health and wellness initiative, part of Healthier SG. Offers strength-training programmes explicitly designed to combat age-related muscle and bone loss — including tracks built for "your 40s and beyond" — plus functional fitness, mobility, and balance programmes. All Singapore Citizens and PRs receive ActiveSG credits usable directly on these programmes, making this a genuinely free or heavily subsidised option.
