How to get started
- 1.Download CareSG from the App Store or Google Play
- 2.Log in with Singpass
- 3.Connect your profile to your care recipient (with their consent or as legal guardian)
Key features
Service finder: Search by type (home care, day care, nursing home, therapy) and postal code
My referrals: Track the status of applications for AIC-funded services
Resource library: Government guides, caregiver tips, and crisis support contacts
Limitations
CareSG is most useful for government-funded services. For private providers, the REFRAME directory is a more comprehensive resource.
