What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use the site.
How we use cookies
REFRAME uses the following types of cookies:
Essential cookies
These are required for the Platform to function. You cannot opt out of these.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sb-access-token | Keeps you logged in (Supabase Auth) | Session |
| sb-refresh-token | Refreshes your login session | 30 days |
REFRAME does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies of any kind. We use only the essential/functional cookies listed above.
How to control cookies
Since we don't set any non-essential cookies today, there is nothing to opt out of. If that changes, we'll add a real cookie choice here — and in the meantime, you can still control cookies through your browser settings; note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in.
Third-party cookies
We use the following third-party services that may set their own cookies:
- Supabase — authentication
- Stripe — payment processing (only loaded on payment pages)
- Vercel — hosting
These services have their own privacy and cookie policies.
