AIC Eldercare Services
The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) is Singapore's national agency for coordinating aged care, disability, and mental health services. Understanding what AIC does helps you navigate the eldercare system.
What does AIC do?
- Funds and coordinates approved eldercare service providers
- Processes applications for home care, day care, and residential care subsidies
- Operates AIC Link outlets islandwide for in-person support
- Runs the Caregiver Training Grant
- Manages the Seniors' Helpline: 1800 650 6060 (9am–8pm daily)
Types of AIC-funded services

Caregiver Training Grant
AIC offers up to SGD 200 per year for caregivers to attend approved training courses on caregiving skills.
